How to get started...
1. Look through our different packages and decide which one is for you.
2. E-mail us at info@digitizethememories.com and tell us your name, address, and which package you want.
3. We will then mail you out your packet of infomation.
4. Upon receiving your packet. Read all of the information contained
5. Give us a call to schedule your consultation date and time.
6. Go through the guided questions in your packet and start gathering all of your photos and memorabilia.
7. Schedule your video shoot.

Bids/Getting Started
- We have packages that we have put together. If you want to add extra items to any of the packages we will provide you with the total of your package prior to starting your production.
- There will be no hidden fees or added costs once we sign the contract with you, unless both parties agree in writing to any additional costs associated with the project.
- 50% of the totoal will be due upon signing of the contract and to hold a spot on our calendar.
- The remaining 50% of the total will be due upon completion of your project.
Scheduling/Cancellations
- During your consultation we will determine your shoot date.
- Shoots must be scheduled 30 days in advance to guaratee our availability. During that time start gathering your photos/memorabilia for the project.
- No charge for travel within 50 miles of Provo, UT. If travel is required travel fees will be assessed accordingly.
- For shoots within 50 miles of Provo, UT, you must cancel/reschedule 3 days in advance or you will be charged a $100 fee. For shoots beyond 50 miles of Provo, you must cancel/reschedule 7 days in advance or you will be charged a $100 fee.
Production
- Provide producer with clear instructions/directions for shoot location. Location of shoot will be determined during your consultation.
- Be prepared for the interview (review check list provided with your packet).
Supplementary Materials
- It is your responsibility to gather, label, and arrange all supplementary materials such as photographs, slides, home movies, etc. unless other arrangements have been made with us.
- All supplementary materials must be given to us on or before the final shoot date.
Post-Production
- During your consultation we will provide you with how long your project will take to complete. The time we quote you for the project complete date is from the time of the final shoot and if we have all materials to complete the project.
- Once a rough cut of your video is ready, you will receive a private link to view your video. Please confirm immediately that you have received the link. You must review your video and send us notes or schedule a phone call with us within 7 days of receiving the link.
Invoice/Payments
- 50% of the total will be due upon signing of the contract and to hold a spot on our calendar.
- The remaining 50% of the total will be due upon completion of your project.
- You will not receive the final product until your project is paid in full.
- We will update you if there are any changes to the original contract. You must sign and return the revised contract within 7 days in order for us to continue working on schedule.
